Superimpose+
An app that cuts out photos and layers them with text.
What Superimpose+ does
Superimpose+ is a cutout and layering app for iPhone and iPad. Tap Analyze to cut out the subject automatically, clean up with the Smart Eraser, then stack several photos and text into one image. You can save transparent PNGs, and the free version doesn't add a watermark.
Superimpose+ is for putting things together, not just taking them apart. Cut a person, pet or product out of one photo, then drop it onto another with as many layers as you need, and add text on top.
Cutting out starts with Analyze, which finds the subject in one tap. The Smart Eraser follows outlines for you, and the regular eraser handles anything it misses. You can also save the cutout on its own as a transparent PNG to use somewhere else.
The free version is usable without watermarks, according to the store page. Premium is a monthly or yearly plan, and there are pricier one-off options if you want it ad-free. From the same small studio as Bg Remover+, it has been updated for more than a decade.
