Langua
An app that lets you talk with an AI partner and explains your mistakes.
What Langua does
Langua is an AI speaking partner from LanguaTalk. You chat by text or voice, get corrections with explanations, and save useful words that come back as flashcards and in later chats. It covers 22 languages, from Spanish and French to Japanese, Korean and Hindi.
You can talk freely or pick a chat type: role-plays, debates, grammar practice or conversations about your interests. A hands-free call mode makes it feel like a phone call, and you can switch to your native language mid-chat when you need a phrase.
After each conversation you get feedback, either quick fixes or a detailed report. Words you save show up in spaced-repetition flashcards, in AI-written stories and in future chats, so new vocabulary keeps coming back. Beginners get reply suggestions and a guided course.
Recent updates added podcasts with interactive transcripts and lessons made from your own PDFs and photos. It's a paid app after a free first conversation and a trial. If you're past the basics and want speaking practice that also builds vocabulary, Langua is worth a look.
