Rocket Money
An app that finds your subscriptions and helps cancel them.
What Rocket Money does
Rocket Money (once called Truebill) links your bank accounts and finds your subscriptions and recurring bills. With Premium, its team can cancel subscriptions for you, and it can try to lower some bills. It also has simple spending budgets. It works on iPhone, Android and the web.
Most people open Rocket Money for one reason: to find out what they're paying for every month. Once your accounts are linked, it pulls out the charges that repeat and puts them in one list, so the streaming service you forgot about finally shows up.
From there you can cancel things yourself, or with Premium, ask the team to cancel them for you. That usually takes a few days. A separate bill negotiation service tries to get lower rates on bills like internet or phone, and keeps a share of the first year's savings if it works.
Budgeting is a second job here, not the main one. The free plan gives you a few category budgets and spending tracking on your phone. Premium adds unlimited budgets, goals, shared access and the web version. If your main goal is to stop paying for things you don't use, it's one of the easiest ways to start. If you want a detailed monthly plan, pair it with a proper budgeting app or pick one that does both.
