SubManager
An app that lists your subscriptions across your Apple devices.
What SubManager does
SubManager is a subscription tracker from an indie developer that runs on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch. The free version has unlimited subscriptions, renewal reminders, widgets and iCloud sync, with no ads and no account. A one-time SubManager+ upgrade adds AI import from screenshots, a calendar and free trial tracking.
SubManager is a small app with a generous free version. You can track as many subscriptions as you like, get reminders up to 90 days before a renewal, see spending insights, and convert prices from other currencies. It syncs through iCloud, so your list shows up on your iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch, and there's a web view too.
There's no bank connection, so you add subscriptions yourself. The paid SubManager+ upgrade makes that easier with Smart Import, which uses Apple Intelligence to pull subscriptions out of screenshots and documents for you to check before saving. It also adds a calendar view, free trial tracking, price history, categories, an app lock and export to CSV, PDF or JSON.
It's a one-time purchase, not another subscription, and there's a family option. The catch is that it's Apple only. If you're on Android, look elsewhere.
