What SuperCook does

SuperCook is a free recipe finder that works backward from your kitchen. You add the ingredients you have, by typing or speaking, and it shows recipes you can make with them, drawn from more than 11 million recipes. It's on iPhone and Android.

Recipes from the ingredients you already have
Pantry with over 2,000 ingredients to pick from
Add ingredients by typing or voice
Filter for recipes missing just one ingredient
Exclude ingredients you don't want
Draws on over 11 million recipes

SuperCook answers the most common dinner question: what can I make with what's already here? You build a pantry by picking from a list of over 2,000 ingredients, by typing or by voice. The app then shows recipes that match, sorted by category.

When you use something up, remove it and the suggestions update. Filters let you exclude ingredients you don't want, or show recipes where you're only missing one item. It's a handy way to use up food before it goes bad, and it doesn't ask you to plan a whole week.

With millions of recipes to pick from, results can be uneven, so you may scroll a bit to find a good one. The iPhone app hasn't been updated since 2022, while the Android version was updated in late 2025. If you want a free, no-fuss way to cook from your fridge, start here.
