BetterSleep started as a sound mixer, and that's still its best feature. You stack rain, fans, waves, music and more into one mix, adjust each layer, and save it for tonight.
Over the years it added a lot: more than 100 sleep stories, guided meditations, bedtime reminders, and a tracker that records your night and flags sounds like snoring.
Some sounds are free, and most of the library sits behind Premium. If you want one app for sounds, stories and tracking, it covers all three.
