CollX
An app that scans sports and trading cards and shows what they sell for.
What CollX does
CollX is a card scanner and marketplace. Scan a sports card, Pokémon card or other trading card and it finds the exact card and shows an average market price from past sales. You can track your collection's value and buy or sell with other collectors right in the app.
CollX matches your card against a database of more than 20 million cards, including graded cards, parallels and reprints. It covers the big sports, trading card games like Pokémon, Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece and Lorcana, and non-sport sets like Star Wars and Marvel.
Each card shows an average value based on historical sales, and your collection page tracks the total over time. When you're ready to sell, you can list cards on the built-in marketplace, where payment is held until the buyer gets the cards. The developer has said withdrawals have a $2 fee and a $10 minimum.
Values are averages, not a guarantee. Scanners and price guides are most reliable for popular modern cards, and they can miss on vintage, niche or shiny foil cards. For anything valuable, check recent sold listings yourself before you price it. The free version does most of what casual collectors need; Pro mostly helps people who sell a lot.
