Rise
An app that estimates your sleep debt and daily energy dips.
What Rise does
Rise is a sleep app focused on sleep debt and energy. It estimates how much sleep you owe, estimates when your energy will peak and dip during the day, and suggests when to sleep, nap and wind down. It works on iPhone, Android and Apple Watch.
Rise is less about charts of last night and more about planning today. It looks at your recent sleep, estimates your sleep debt, and maps out when you'll likely feel sharp or sluggish.
It can pull data from Apple Health, Apple Watch, Fitbit, Oura and other sleep apps, or track with your phone. Reminders nudge you on habits like light, caffeine timing and wind-down.
There's no free plan. You get a 7-day trial, then a subscription is needed to keep using it.
Keep in mind that sleep debt and energy curves are estimates, not a medical test. They're most useful as a daily guide for when to schedule hard work, when to rest, and when to start winding down.
