What TouchRetouch does

TouchRetouch is a long-running object remover, made by a small studio since 2010. You brush over what you want gone, or let its AI find distractions like signs and trash cans. It also has a clone stamp, a line remover for wires and quick face touch-ups.

Brush over objects and people to erase them
AI mode that finds distractions like signs and trash cans
Line and mesh removal for wires and fences
Clone stamp for careful manual fixes
Background blur and replace
Runs on iPhone, iPad, Android and Apple silicon Macs

TouchRetouch does one thing and does it well: it makes stuff in your photos disappear. Paint over a tourist, a trash can or a sign with the brush, tap Go, and the app fills in the space with what should be behind it.

Newer versions add an AI mode that spots common distractions for you, so you can clear a busy street scene in a tap. For trickier spots there's a clone stamp to copy texture by hand, and a mesh and line tool built for wires, fences and power lines. You can also blur or swap the background and smooth skin.

It's been around for over 15 years and is still updated, which says a lot. Pricing now runs through plans inside the app, and the developer says people who paid for older versions keep the core tools. If you want precise, hands-on control over what gets erased, this is a strong pick. If you want a background cut out for a product photo, a background remover fits better.
