What Bills Monitor does

Bills Monitor is a free bill reminder for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. You add each bill with its due date, amount and account, and it shows them on a calendar and alerts you when something is coming up or overdue. It has been on the App Store since 2011 and still gets updates.

Calendar of bills with paid, due and overdue markers
Alerts before due dates and when a bill is late
Full or partial payment tracking
Recurring bills, 20 built-in categories plus your own
Pie chart report and CSV, HTML or PDF export
Apple Watch app, widget and Dropbox backup

Bills Monitor is a straightforward bill list with a calendar on top. Each bill gets a category, amount, due date, repeat schedule and the account you pay it from, plus notes. Small icons on the calendar show what's paid, what's due and what's late, and the app icon badge tells you how many bills are still open.

You can mark a bill as fully or partly paid, which helps when you split a big bill over two paychecks. A pie chart shows where your bill money goes by category, and you can email yourself a CSV, HTML or PDF export. Backup works over Wi-Fi or Dropbox, and there's an Apple Watch app and a widget for a quick glance.

It does not track spending or build a budget, and it never touches your bank. It only reminds and records. The design feels older than newer apps, but the feature list is generous for a free app. If you want a simple, no-account bill calendar on your iPhone, it's worth a look.
