Craft sits between a simple notes app and a full workspace. You write in blocks, so it is easy to start with a quick note and shape it into a structured doc, a plan, meeting notes or a small personal wiki. The design is the main draw: even rough notes end up looking tidy.
Sharing is a strong point. You can send a doc as a link or edit it together with someone in real time, and that works even on the free plan. A built-in AI assistant helps you draft, with a small allowance on the free plan and more on paid ones.
The free Starter plan caps you at 1,500 blocks and 1 GB of storage, which fills up if you write a lot, and full Markdown export needs a paid plan. Paid plans raise those limits. Craft is at its best on Apple devices. There is an Android app too, but it has far fewer downloads and was last updated in December 2025. We couldn't confirm a Windows app.
