LandGlide
An app that shows parcel lines and owner info across the US.
What LandGlide does
LandGlide is a parcel map app for iPhone and Android. It shows property lines on a map with your live location, and lets you tap or search a parcel to see its owner, sales and land details from public records. One subscription covers all 50 states.
LandGlide has been on the App Store since 2014. You open the map, it shows parcel boundaries around you, and you tap one to see the details. You can also search by address, owner name or parcel number.
On Google Play it says it covers about 160 million parcels, with up to 100 or more data points each, like ownership history, sales, building details and land use. It describes owner lookup as showing who owns a parcel, based on public records. You can save places, add notes and photos, export data and download maps for offline use.
The lines are a helpful picture, not a legal survey. They come from county parcel records, which can be off, and your phone's GPS adds its own error. For anything where the exact line matters, check the county records or hire a licensed surveyor.
There's a 7-day trial, then a single subscription for the whole country. If you only need to check one property once, the trial may be all you need.

It's free to download with a 7-day trial. After that it's $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year.
Does LandGlide show who owns a property?
Yes. LandGlide says it identifies the owner of a parcel from public records, and you can search by owner name.
