Land id
An app that turns parcel data into maps you can share with buyers.
What Land id does
Land id is a land mapping app for iPhone and Android, aimed at people who buy, sell and manage land. It shows parcels and ownership records across the US, adds layers like topo, soil and flood risk, and lets you build custom maps to share. Plans start after a 7-day trial.
Land id is less of a quick lookup tool and more of a land presentation tool. Real estate agents and land sellers use it to draw a property, mark features like gates, ponds and food plots, and share a clean map with buyers.
Under the hood you get nationwide parcel and ownership lookup, plus a long list of layers: topography and contours, soil, land use, flood risk and floodplains, sale history and property tax, and even internet coverage maps. There are 2D and 3D views, waypoints and measuring tools. Higher tiers add offline maps, extra imagery, property tours, branded presentations and CSV exports.
Keep in mind that parcel lines in any app are drawn from public records and are not a legal survey. For a sale or a boundary question, the deed, the county and a licensed surveyor are what count.
If you only want to see who owns the field next door, Land id is probably more than you need. If you sell land or want to show it off, it's built for that.
