Akiflow
An app that puts your tasks and calendar in one place.
What Akiflow does
Akiflow is a task inbox and time-blocking planner. It pulls tasks from Gmail, Slack, Asana, Todoist, Jira, Notion and more into one list, then lets you drag them onto your Google or Outlook calendar. It runs on Mac, Windows and the web, with iPhone, Android and Apple Watch apps for on the go.
Akiflow starts with a problem most busy people have: tasks scattered across email, chat and project tools. It gathers them into one inbox, so a starred Gmail email, a saved Slack message and an Asana task all land in the same place. Finish one in Akiflow and it's marked done in the source app too.
From there you plan by dragging tasks onto your calendar to block time for them, next to your Google and Outlook events from several accounts. Daily and weekly planning rituals help you decide what fits, and a command bar on the desktop lets you capture a task from anywhere with a shortcut.
There's more for meeting-heavy days: shareable booking slots, secondary time zones and a focus timer. Aki, the built-in AI assistant, can create tasks and move events when you ask it in plain words, though reviewers say it still feels early.
The desktop apps are the main event. The iPhone, Android and Apple Watch apps are companions for checking your day and capturing tasks, not for full time blocking. It's priced for people who plan every day.
