Reclaim
An app that protects focus time on your work calendar.
What Reclaim does
Reclaim is an AI scheduling assistant for your work calendar. It finds time for focus work, habits, tasks and breaks on your Google or Outlook calendar and keeps defending it as meetings pile up. There's no iPhone or Android app: you set it up in a web browser, and its events show up in whatever calendar app you already use.
Reclaim works in the background of your calendar instead of replacing it. You tell it what you want to protect, like two hours of focus a day, lunch, a workout habit or time for tasks from Asana, Jira, Todoist, Linear or Google Tasks, and it books those blocks around your meetings. When something new lands, it shuffles flexible blocks so the important stuff still happens.
It also handles the small things that make a work calendar sane: buffer time between meetings, travel time, no-meeting days, scheduling links with priority rules, and syncing several calendars so nobody double-books you. A chat assistant can suggest changes, and you approve them before they apply.
The big thing to know for phones: Reclaim has no mobile app. Everything it schedules appears in Google Calendar, Outlook or any calendar app on your phone, but changing tasks, habits or settings happens in a browser. iCloud calendars aren't supported.
The free Lite plan is real but small, with a short scheduling window and few habits and links. It's built mainly for work, and teams get the most out of the paid plans.
