What Seven does

Seven is a 7-minute workout app from a small Swedish studio. Each session is a quick circuit of bodyweight moves you can do anywhere, no equipment needed. Challenges and friendly competition help you keep a streak. Some workouts are free, and 7 Club membership adds personal plans and the full library.

7-minute bodyweight circuits, no equipment
Animated demos for every move
Daily challenge and friend competitions
Pick a coach personality
Apple Watch and Wear OS support
7 Club adds personal plans and 200+ exercises

Seven is built around one simple promise: a workout short enough that you'll actually do it. Each session is about seven minutes of bodyweight moves, like squats, push-ups and planks, with short rests. No equipment is needed, so it works in a living room, office or hotel.

Animated demos show each move, and you can pick a coach personality, like a drill sergeant or a cheerleader. A daily challenge and competitions with friends make it a habit thing. It runs on your phone and on Apple Watch and Wear OS watches.

The free version has some workouts and limited options. 7 Club membership adds plans fitted to your level, more than 200 exercises and support from a certified trainer. If you want something quick and easy to start, Seven is a friendly pick. If you want longer classes or yoga, look at FitOn or Down Dog.
