What SparkReceipt does

SparkReceipt is an AI receipt scanner and expense tracker for freelancers and small businesses. It reads receipts from photos and your email inbox, matches them to bank transactions, logs mileage and sends everything to your accounting software. It works on iPhone, Android and the web.

AI reads receipts, including line items, in many languages
Pulls receipts from Gmail, Outlook or any IMAP inbox
Bank feeds in the US, statement upload elsewhere
GPS or manual mileage tracking
Sends receipts to QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks and more
PDF, Excel and CSV reports, plus free accountant access

SparkReceipt is built for people who run their own business and hate the receipt pile. You take a photo, and AI pulls out the store, date, totals, tax and even line items. It reads many languages and currencies, so it holds up if you travel or buy from abroad.

The part that saves the most time is the inbox. Connect Gmail, Outlook or another mailbox and it files emailed receipts on its own. In the US you can link a bank or card feed. Elsewhere you upload a statement, and it matches transactions to receipts and flags what is missing.

When it's time to do the books, it sends receipts with images attached to tools like QuickBooks, Xero and FreshBooks, or exports PDF, Excel and CSV reports. Your accountant gets a free login. There is a GPS mileage log too. You only get a 7-day trial, and the cheaper Pro plan caps how many documents you can add each month, so heavy spenders may need Elite.
