Tiimo
An app that shows your day visually, with timers.
What Tiimo does
Tiimo is a visual daily planner made with ADHD and autism in mind. Your day shows up as a color-coded timeline with icons and countdown timers, and an AI co-planner helps turn a messy to-do list into small, doable steps. It works on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Android and the web.
Tiimo is built for brains that find regular planners hard to stick with. Instead of a crowded calendar grid, you see your day as a calm visual timeline. Each activity has a color and an icon, and a countdown timer shows how much time is left, which can help if you tend to lose track of time.
Its own site describes it as making planning easier for ADHD'ers, and Tiimo says it was co-designed with ADHD and autism experts. You can brain-dump everything into a to-do list, let the AI co-planner sort it by priority and break big tasks into steps with time estimates, then drag what matters onto today.
Widgets and Live Activities keep the current task and timer on your home and lock screen, and there's an Apple Watch app for gentle nudges. On iPhone it can bring in Apple Calendar events and Reminders. You can also add profiles for family members, and there are short courses on habits and focus.
The free plan covers the basic planner with a few AI chats. Tiimo Pro gives you everything plus the web version, and the yearly plan is the better deal.
