TimeTree
An app that shares one calendar with your family or group.
What TimeTree does
TimeTree is a shared calendar built for groups. You make a calendar for your family, partner, team or club, invite people with a link, and everyone sees and edits the same plans. The core app is free with ads, and it runs on iPhone, iPad, Android, Apple Watch and the web.
TimeTree works like a wall calendar that lives on everyone's phone. You create a calendar, send an invite link, and the people who join can add and change events. You can keep separate calendars for family, school or hobbies and filter them together or apart.
Each event has its own comment thread, so the details of who is driving and what time dinner is stay with the event instead of a group chat. You can also share memos and lists, including plans that have no date yet, and attach photos to events to build a shared album over time.
Not everyone needs a phone to show up on the calendar. Kids, pets or even the family car can be added as virtual members, with no account needed (there's a limit per calendar). People who want to see and edit the calendar themselves join through the app. TimeTree can also show events from the calendars already on your phone, like Google Calendar, but only in your home view, not inside shared calendars.
Everything that matters for sharing is free. Premium mostly removes ads and adds extras like file attachments and a vertical calendar view.
